When do you deliver?

We can deliver your sweet treat any weekday during business hours, except public holidays. Delivery is from 8am and before 5pm.

We are unable to request a specific time for your delivery to arrive. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed, even if notes are added at checkout.

Do I have to be at the delivery address to receive delivery?
Yes, we recommend someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery and store it safely as soon as possible.

However, if the delivery address is unattended our couriers are authorised to leave the goods in a safe location. If a safe location cannot be found, the courier will return the goods to Krispy Kreme and an additional delivery fee will be charged and if you require a re-delivery it will be the next day.

Please note: Once the goods are left in a safe location, Krispy Kreme can no longer accept responsibility for damage occurring or foreign matter (e.g. ants) entering the box due to the product being left unattended. For this reason, we suggest you receive your delivery at work, or on a day someone is home to receive the delivery.

Can I order for delivery today?

We currently do not offer same day courier delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

For orders placed through Krispy Kreme SA website, delivery is $7

Can I get deliveries on the weekend?

Delivery is not available weekends or on public holidays.

My online order arrived damaged, what can I do?

We hate seeing our delicious treats hurt during transit!

Please take a photo and send it to us via, along with your order number. This allows us to investigate the issue with our couriers. Once we receive your photo, we will be able to find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

You need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and must contact our Head Office within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Click here to view our Returns Policy.

Please note: Krispy Kreme do not have a same day delivery option. As such, our ability to replace a damaged product on the same day may be limited. We will endeavor to find a suitable alternative solution for you.

Can I send a gift message with my delivery?

You sure can! When going through the checkout process you will have the option to add a gift message. Make sure select ‘Greeting Card’, choose the card and enter your message.

Emojis aren’t currently supported on our gift messages.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We do not offer a specific time delivery option.

We offer an all-day delivery option between 8.00am – 5.00pm

My online order did not arrive, what can I do?

Please email your order number to along with your delivery time, so we can investigate the issue with the couriers. Our staff work 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excl. Public Holidays) and are available and happy to help during these hours. Outside these hours, we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible the next working day.

For peace of mind, if you haven’t received your delivery by 4.30pm, we recommend giving us a call on 1800 xxxxxx to double check status of your order.
