Meet our team
Louise - Store Manager (Retail)
Louise is a Krispy Kreme original who started as a team leader through the brand launch in July 2014 and has worked her way from team leader to assistant store manager at James Place and now store manager at our West Croydon store. Louise is a customer service specialist, just ask her regular customers who come in for their morning coffee, she know them all by name. Louise tells us she likes to bring a smile to the customers face and I believe the "Hot Light" experience is one of the best things anyone could possibly ever provide, no other job can create such joy." Louise's most memorable time with Krispy Kreme is the opening, seeing Adelaide line up to experience "doughnut heaven" is something she will never forget. It never gets old watching children who come in for the first time and stare through the viewing windows watching the doughnuts come off the line, this job honestly creates magic moments for me every single day, Louise tells us.
Bec - Processing Manager (Processing)
Bec is a Krispy Kreme original, and has worked her way up to head of processing managing the decoration and delivery of all doughnuts, fresh to our shops and the OTR network. Bec tells us she loves the team environment and the opportunity to have fun at work and be yourself whilst delivering a quality product. Krispy Kreme holds a number of themed days every year, the team dress up to celebrate with customers. We get lots of fans in on these days and one of Bec's most memorable moments is meeting a young customer during a Halloween event. The young boy was so excited to be there I felt like it a was a great memory for us both.
